Society Decoded Advisory works best with founder-led businesses that have proven their model and are ready to build the marketing structure that matches their ambition. If you are earlier than that - even better, because we do not have to reverse engineer anything. For most businesses, The Marketing Check-up is the right starting point. It ensures The Marketing Plan is built on an accurate picture of where you are, not assumptions. It is actually one of the most common situations we work with. Having people in place does not mean the structure behind them is working. Because it is not a sales call. The Marketing Check-up is a serious piece of work - a structured assessment of your business that produces a clear, actionable output regardless of what comes next. You are not paying for a conversation. You are paying for a considered professional assessment that has value on its own.
The Marketing Check-up is delivered within 24 hours of your session. The Marketing Plan typically takes five days depending on the complexity of your business. Building The Team follows shortly after, depending on your setup. The Sounding Board runs over 60 days with four bi-weekly sessions of one hour each.
The work is designed to be efficient with your time. The Marketing Check-up requires a pre-session questionnaire and one 60-minute session - approximately 1.5 hours in total. The Marketing Plan involves a detailed questionnaire, a 90-minute alignment session, and a walkthrough of the completed work - approximately 2.5 hours in total. You will not be asked to sit through unnecessary meetings - but the quality of the output depends directly on the quality of your input.

All sessions are conducted in English or Dutch - whichever works best for you. Written deliverables are produced in the language agreed at the start of the engagement.
