Our Story.

Society Decoded is a platform helping people make bold, brave, well-considered decisions — in business, personal life, and beyond.

Society Decoded Advisory is the start.

After more than a decade working across agencies, brands and independently across Europe and the GCC, the same pattern kept appearing. Founders who had taken a real risk to build something, who created a business with a lot of potential — were not seeing the return they deserved, because the marketing behind it had never been properly structured.

Most of these founders weren't marketers. They did the right thing by bringing in specialists: agencies, freelancers, AI tools. Some agencies do look beyond the brief, but it's rarely what they're paid for. Whether it happens depends on the seniority of the person across the table, or how generous the agency or freelancer is able to be at that moment.

Now that AI is becoming more widely used, this matters even more. Without the right structure in place, AI doesn't fix the problem — it scales it. You end up with more output, faster, in the wrong direction.

Meet the Founder

Nathalie started Society Decoded Advisory because she want to make proper marketing support accessible to the founders who actually need it most — the ones who have taken a real risk to build something, are losing time and money trying to figure out the right setup, and who deserve better than patchwork advice.

After more than a decade in agency and freelance roles — at Publicis, TBWA, M&C Saatchi (and many more) across 50+ accounts independently across Europe and the GCC — she kept running into the same problem. Niche agencies and freelancers aren't paid to question the brief or dig into the underlying business model. A genuinely senior person will do it anyway — and that behaviour is often appreciated, but quietly discouraged (by client & the agency) because of the time it takes whilst many agencies are already under financial & time pressure these days.

Eventually she realised nobody was really filling that gap. So she decided to be as brave as those founders she highly admired, and build it herself.
